Ticket System The best way to deal with specific website problems is to login to your Client Area and fill out a support ticket. All tickets are answered within 15 minutes. Be sure to check back frequently since we may need more information from you. In order to give you the best a assistance we need to know the specific problem you are having. We need to be able to see the same error you are seeing in order to render assistance. Email Support You can send an email to support@newwebsite.com but the ticket system is by far the best way. If you send an email to support we will transfer that email to the ticket system and start using it from that point forward for your support request.
