How does it work?

When you sign up as a web hosting reseller the control panel you get consists of two levels: a reseller level and a user level.  As a reseller you are also a regular user.  The user level allows you to control your own domains within your main account.  The reseller level allows you to create more users.  These users that you create will have a control panel for themselves to manage their own domains separately from your account.
